'Located in the small town of Poinchy, Vincent Tremblay is the third generation of winemaker with his grandparents moving there in 1950, planting original vines in 1951. Chardonnay from different sites ranging from 10-30 years old from Kimmeridgian Marl soils. Rich and firm with a bright mineral character, slight oyster shells, singing with ripe citrus fruits. A fantastic example of well made Chablis'.
