'From the hills just outside of Parma, sitting at about 250-300m above sea level on clay-limestone soils. Podere Pradarolo have been making wine since 1989 using ancient methods that respect both the land the grapes are grown as well as the wine itself. The Malvasia is left on skins for 90 days before seeing 16 months in old french oak barrels. It's unfined and unfiltered with zero sulfur additions. Rich and elegant, a brilliant food wine'.
