Beauty can sometimes be a superficial idea, that is of course, if the idea, and more importantly the execution of that idea, is not done with a deep and resonating truth.
Enter No.92, a new bar on Glebe Point Rd, Sydney with a soul that transcends its understated exterior. A long-overdue addition and a new frontier for Glebe? Yes, indeed.
In mid-2019 we were approached by Angela Kasimis, the brains behind No.92, with a vision for a new venue that admittedly, at least in the mood boards she presented to us, was too good to be true. Briefed to curate 'an eclectic wine list that’s as educational as it is accessible' to run alongside Italian inspired share plates and mains that echo something off the coast of Sorrento, we were instantly drawn to the potential of what could be a turning point venue for the suburb. Turns out our hunch was right.
The final wine list is a representation of the progressive, exciting world of wine as it stands today, a spattering of some classics to ensure familiarity, a reasonably priced selection to cater for locals, along with some renegade bombs from lesser-known regions. The list shares a warm resemblance to the overarching ethos of Super Super more broadly and we are very proud to be on the journey with the great team at No.92.
From all corners of Australia and the world, this is Super Super at No.92.
